Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Revyn Labs Private Limited for your use of Revyn. Please read them — they cover what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how we handle billing and liability.
1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Revyn Labs Private Limited ("Revyn", "we", "us"), a company registered in India at Flat no. 2, Plot no. 1051, I-Block, 35th Street, Anna Nagar (Chennai), Egmore Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600040, Tamil Nadu.
By creating an account, or by using Revyn, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means that company.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Revyn.
2. What Revyn is
Revyn is a software-as-a-service sales workspace. Depending on your plan, it lets you run AI-powered voice roleplays and practice calls, get them scored and analysed, import and analyse real call recordings, manage leads, prospects, and deals, ask questions of an AI assistant grounded in your workspace, and connect third-party CRM and calendar tools.
We improve and change Revyn continually. We may add, modify, or remove features. If we remove something material to a paid plan, section 19 applies.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old. Revyn is a workplace tool and is not offered to children.
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for your account, for everything done through it, and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us at once at support@revyn.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Do not share your account. Seats are per named individual; if more people need access, add seats.
- We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication.
4. Organisation accounts
If you join an organisation workspace, or your account was created for you by an employer, that organisation's administrators can manage your access, see your activity, practice results, and assignments within Revyn, and may be able to suspend or remove your account. Your organisation, not Revyn, is responsible for how it exercises those controls and for telling its people about them.
If your organisation and an individual user disagree about data in the workspace, we will generally defer to the organisation as the account owner.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, using Revyn
- Upload personal data you have no lawful basis to process, or sensitive personal data — health, financial account, biometric, government identifiers, or similar
- Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit
- Use Revyn to generate deceptive content, impersonate a real person without their permission, or produce synthetic voice of someone who has not consented
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use Revyn in breach of telemarketing or do-not-call rules
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code, models, or prompts
- Resell, sublicense, or provide Revyn as a service to a third party without our written agreement
- Probe, load-test, or attack our infrastructure, evade our rate limits or usage caps, or circumvent access controls
- Use Revyn to build a competing product, or to benchmark it for a competitor
- Interfere with other customers' use of the service
We may investigate suspected breaches and take the steps in section 15.
6. Your content
You own your content. Everything you upload or create in Revyn — your leads, recordings, transcripts, notes, deals, and messages — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, display, and process your content solely to provide and support the service to you, including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups until they cycle out.
We do not train our own AI models on your content.
You are responsible for your content: that you have the rights to it, that it is lawful, and for keeping your own copies of anything you need. Deletion is permanent — see section 15 and our Privacy Policy.
7. Data about other people
Revyn lets you upload data about third parties — prospects, leads, and candidates. When you do, you are the data controller and we act as your processor, handling it on your instructions to provide the service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have a lawful basis to collect that data, to share it with us, and to have it processed as Revyn does — including by our AI providers
- You have given those individuals any notice their law requires
- You will honour their rights, and will pass on to us any request that concerns data held in Revyn
- You will not upload special categories of personal data through lead lists or free-text fields
Because we preserve unrecognised columns from files you upload, you should assume anything in that file will be stored. Please only upload what you need.
8. Call recordings and consent
Revyn does not store the audio of live practice roleplays — only transcripts. But if you import a recording of a real call, you are responsible for having the legal right to do so.
Recording laws differ by jurisdiction: some require all parties to consent, some require notice, and some require both. Before you upload a call recording to Revyn, you must have obtained whatever notice or consent the law requires from everyone on that call. You, not Revyn, are responsible for compliance, and section 18 applies if a claim arises from a recording you uploaded.
9. AI output
Revyn's roleplays, scores, analyses, summaries, and suggestions are produced by AI models. You need to understand what that means:
- Output can be wrong. AI models are probabilistic. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or confidently fabricated.
- Output is not advice. Nothing Revyn generates is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
- Scores are a training aid. Practice scores, readiness signals, and candidate assessments are indicative only. They must not be the sole basis of an employment decision — hiring, firing, promotion, or discipline. A human must review and decide, and you are responsible for compliance with employment and anti-discrimination law.
- No outcome guarantee. We do not promise that using Revyn will improve your sales performance, win rate, or revenue.
- Output may not be unique. Similar prompts can produce similar output for other customers, and we make no representation that AI output is original or that you own intellectual property in it.
Verify AI output before you rely on it.
10. Plans, billing, and renewal
- Currency and pricing. Our self-serve plans are priced in US dollars per seat per month. Current pricing is on our site; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies.
- Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details. You authorise us and our provider to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due.
- Seats. Paid plans are billed per seat. Adding seats mid-cycle increases your charge for that cycle on a pro-rata basis. Larger deployments are handled under a separate written quote.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we state otherwise in writing. We do not refund partial periods or unused seats.
- Taxes. Fees exclude taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST or equivalent, other than taxes on our income.
- Failed payment. If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend access until it clears.
- Price changes. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you don't accept it, cancel before renewal.
- Usage limits. Plans include usage allowances such as voice minutes and assistant messages. We may enforce them and may throttle or charge for excess use, but we will tell you first.
11. Third-party integrations
Revyn can connect to third-party services such as CRMs, calendars, and call-intelligence tools. Those services are not ours. Your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them, for their availability, or for what they do with data you direct us to send them. A provider can change or withdraw its API, which may break an integration through no fault of ours. You may disconnect any integration at any time.
12. Our intellectual property
Revyn — the software, models, prompts, designs, documentation, and brand — belongs to us and our licensors. Subject to these Terms and your payment of fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Revyn for your internal business purposes during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission.
13. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without obligation or payment to you. Please don't send us anything you consider confidential.
14. Availability and support
We work to keep Revyn available, but we do not commit to an uptime level in these Terms unless we have signed a separate agreement with you that says so. We may need to take the service down for maintenance, and we will try to give notice for anything planned and significant. Support is provided at support@revyn.in on a commercially reasonable basis.
15. Suspension and termination
By you. Cancel any time in Settings, or delete your account entirely.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your payment fails and stays unresolved, if your use threatens the security or integrity of the service or another customer, or if we must do so by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first. For serious breaches — unlawful use, attacks on our infrastructure — we may act immediately.
On termination: your right to use Revyn stops. Export anything you need before you go — see our Privacy Policy for what the in-product export covers and how to request the rest. Account deletion runs after a 7-day cancellable grace period, and is then permanent and irreversible. Sections 6, 12, 13, and 16 to 21 survive termination.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revyn is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Revyn will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that AI output will be accurate, reliable, or fit for your purposes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
These limits do not apply to your obligations under section 10 (fees) or section 18 (indemnity), or to either party's liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
18. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revyn Labs Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or relating to:
- Your content, or your use of Revyn
- Your breach of these Terms, of section 7 (data about other people), or of section 8 (call recordings and consent)
- Your violation of any law or of any third party's rights
- A decision you made in reliance on AI output, including any employment decision
We will notify you of the claim, let you control the defence — with our reasonable cooperation, at your cost — and not settle it without your consent, which you will not unreasonably withhold.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the product before they take effect. If you keep using Revyn after that, you accept the new Terms. If you don't accept them, stop using Revyn and cancel; if you are on a paid plan and the change materially harms you, contact us and we will discuss a pro-rata refund for the unused remainder of your current period.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, please contact us at support@revyn.in — most problems are faster to fix directly, and we will engage in good faith for 30 days.
21. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us on this subject, and replace anything said before. If we have signed a separate written agreement with you, that agreement governs where it conflicts with these Terms.
- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands and the provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Relationship. These Terms create no partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
- Notices. We may give notice by email to your account address or in the product. Send formal notices to us at the postal address in section 1.
